Review these helpful hints to make the most of your Interchange experience.
Dress for the Conference
Business casual attire is the appropriate dress for Boot Camps and the entire Interchange 2017 conference. Note that you are welcome to get even more casual and comfortable for Wednesday evening’s “Light Up the Night” Glow & Bowl Party. Pack your bowling shirt and shoes, if you’ve got ‘em.
Registration and Conference Services
Once you’ve arrived and checked into your hotel room, make your way to the Mirage Conference Center to pick up your badge and conference materials. Please note that you will be required to show photo ID upon check in and you should wear your badge at ALL Interchange functions, including evening events.
The Registration and Conference Services Desk will be your primary information source for all things Interchange. Please check in at Registration Desk #2, near the Grand Ballroom in the Mirage Conference Center, and note the hours below:
Boot Camp ONLY Registration:
Saturday, May 6, 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Interchange Conference Registration:
- Sunday, May 7, 3:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Monday, May 8, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 9, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 10, 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 11, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Bring Your Own Device for Boot Camps and Hands-on Labs
You’ll be expected to bring your own laptop computer if you wish to engage in the hands-on portion of the Boot Camps and Interchange Labs. You’ll be provided with a hard-wired Internet connection and will be asked to log in to your assigned virtual Ivanti environment to perform hands-on exercises throughout each class. Boot Camp participants will also receive a student manual in PDF format and Lab attendees will have access to a Lab Guide for each session.
Interchange 2017 Mobile App - Now Available!
Download the Apple or Android versions of the Ivanti Interchange 2017 mobile app from their respective app stores (links below) to get the latest conference news, access to the session scheduler and maps, and plenty of other conference information in the palm of your hand. And don’t forget to play the mobile app game to enter for amazing daily prizes and our Grand Prize Giveaway on Thursday! (If prompted for a username and password, please use the same credentials that you used when you registered.)
Sign Up Early for Sessions & Be On Time!
Reserve your spot in the breakouts and hands-on labs of most interest to you before they fill up. And make sure you are on time, as open seats will be made available for “stand-by” participants when the session begins.

The Mirage Conference Center is convenient to guest room elevators and easy to navigate, but feel free to review the map and get your bearings before you arrive at Interchange.
Contests and Giveaways
Interchange is known for its unequaled technical training AND its fair share of fun and games. Lots of great prizes are up for grabs throughout the conference, so be sure to enter and play.
Grand Prize Giveaway at Closing Keynote
Following our closing keynote hosted in our late-show Interchange Live! “studio”, we’re throwing in an amazing grand prize giveaway that will allow you to create your own adventure. The lucky winner will receive:
- Travel vouchers to create the trip of your dreams (Including airfare and hotel)
- Various handy travel accessories
Simply play the game on the Interchange 2017 mobile app and start earning points for everyday conference activities, as well as some special tasks, just for fun. Even if you’re not at the top of the leader board, we’ll be conducting random drawings for all mobile app game participants on Tuesday and Wednesday. All those who meet a minimum point threshold will be eligible for the Grand Prize Giveaway. You could go home with some pretty sweet prizes, just for playing the game!
The mobile app game is completely different from our Twitter contests, so be sure to participate in both to increase your chances of winning.

Everybody Wins with Our Onsite and Virtual Food Drive
Interchange attendees, now is your chance to partner with Ivanti to help make a difference in the community and leave it better than when you arrived. This website offers an exclusive opportunity for Interchange attendees to support families and individuals in need throughout the Las Vegas valley and southern Nevada. Your contribution is greatly appreciated, whether it be through a monetary donation online or help building food kits onsite -- it all helps make a difference in the community.
This virtual food drive will be active for your participation from April 11, 2017 through the closing of Interchange on May 11, 2017. Ivanti will match every dollar donated during our drive to fund the purchase and assembly of food kits for needy children and their families.
Look for the food kit assembly stations near Interchange Registration on Monday, May 8, from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and earn points on the mobile app game, just for participating.

All of us at the Interchange conference can do our part to help out. For example, to reduce the waste of bottled water plastic, we’re giving each attendee a sturdy, reusable water bottle for the conference and beyond.
Donating to Local Schools
As part of the “Teacher Exchange” initiative, we’ll be recycling attendee badge holders at the end of the conference so that schools can use them for hall passes, flash cards, etc. Before you leave, please return your badge to the Registration Desk. We can also accept items you don’t plan to take back home with you such as backpacks, unused water bottles, pens, and any other office supplies.
